    Newline Technology — 30-Day Refund Policy

    At Newline Technology, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your technology product, you may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.

    Eligibility for Refund:

    • The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • The product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    • Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for a refund.

    Non-Refundable Items:

    • Downloadable software products, digital licenses, or subscriptions are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

    • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

    Return Process:

    • Contact our Customer Support team at support@newline.technology to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Securely package the product and include all original contents.

    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

    • Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Defective or Incorrect Products:
    If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and either issue a replacement or a full refund.
